Second Day

After my second day of full teaching, I can’t type correctly and my head hurts. I guess it goes with the craziness of a good day’s work! Thing were not too bad today. We had a sit down after lunch. They would not stop talking so we sat there and one of the custodians had to say something before the students would be quiet. So we came back to the classroom and sat. No talking, no moving, no reading, they just sat. I hope I got through to them.

Tomorrow is the last day for us teaching, and then we go back to our regular schedule. There are only eight more days with the students. A couple of those days I need to observe other people in the building. Friday we have classes on campus and it’s going to be a day for publishing the long and informative EDEL artifact. Aside from a lesson observation, I am finished with all my paper work I need to do. I can sit back and enjoy the rest of the semester with the company of my students!
