Could Free Resources Widen the Digital Divide?

Although it may seem counter-intuitive, that question is one that Justin Reich, a doctoral student at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and co-director of EdTechTeacher, is exploring in his research on social media in K-12 classrooms. Check out his video below for the full explanation:
