The Alexandria, Va.-based National School Boards Association’s Technology Leadership Network recently released their “20 to watch” list of emerging innovative ed-tech leaders.

The list, established in 2006, recognizes educators playing key roles in promoting innovative technology use in classrooms in their schools and districts. The list includes ed-tech leaders from across the country. Honorees will be recognized at the upcoming 2012 Consortium of School Networking conference in Washington, as well as at NSBA’s annual conference in Boston.

You may recognize one of the names—Darlene Rankin, the director of instructional technology for the Katy Independent School District, from our most recent Education Week live events, where she was interviewed by my colleague Ian Quillen. See the full list of names in the press release.
