My question/comment: Can anyone tell me how a child with a cognitive developmental deficit is going to NO LONGER NEED special ed services? Do these folks actually think one can "cure" cognitive deficits? Is anyone consuting "experts" like psychologists, psychiatrists, medical doctors? PLease tell me there is a different interpretation to this statement from the
