Name Fordham's Boy Band!

Watch these videos, and tell me these guys won't give Justin Timberlake a run for his money. But they need a catchy moniker. My picks: Checker and the Finns, The Alarmists, or Milli Petrilli.

Update: The name to beat is "Rage Against the Rothstein."

(From left to right, Liam Julian, Mike Petrilli, and Checker Finn. No pics available for Coby Loup.)

It is hard to beat Checker and the Finns. But here are some more nominations:

No Girlz Allowed
The Echo Chamber
Echo and the Moneymen
Talking Heads (unfortunately taken)
Public Enemy (unfortunately taken)
Backroom Boyz
The Smashing Publics
Color Me Sadd
98 Trustees
Rage against the rothstein

Wow, this is really fun

I can't beat "Rage Against the Rothstein" - but let me throw in "Flyy Boyz."

I don't think I can top "Milli Petrilli" or "Rage Against the Rothstein," but you can't have too many boy band names, can you?

"Checker and the Hairpieces"
"Boyz II Wonks"
"The K-Street Boys"

Of course, if they were a heavy metal band, they might be "Def Checker"

I like the K-Street Boys - along those lines, "The Backhair Boys?"

How about Checker and His Boy Toys?

What fun! Can't begin to top 'em but here are a few more:

"Lessons Not Learned"
"Tantrums R Us"
"Checker and the SpinBoyz"
"Checker Unhinged"
"Risk Revival 25"
"Checker's Credence Doesn't-Hold-Water Revival"

Here's another:
The Message Force Multipliers

I generally agree with Checker, but what the heck:

Earth, Wind, and Bluster
Very White
Hand Wringsteen
Derek and the Blogroll
Justin Charterlake
Red Hot Petrilli Peppers
Tom Petty and the Muckrakers

Those are great Socrates! I'd sure have a hard time picking my favorite.

Here's another:

The Echolalias

thank you.

how about "Checker and His Chubbies"?

Or a derivation of that:

Chubby Checker and the Frat Boys
