A few months ago, there was a blog post on Finding Common Ground that was shared 300,000 times but was read 100,000 times. It seems as though the adults who talk about media literacy don't necessarily read what they share, and that's a problem.


We hand leaders the keys to the building based on an interview and the degree they received in school leadership, and then we leave them to their own devices. We need to change that, and leadership coaching may be the answer.
