A Critique of Obama's Community College Proposal

The American Enterprise Institute's Rick Hess offers a darker take on Obama's community college proposal, saying it will pump "more dollars into outmoded systems so [community colleges] can give credentials of uncertain value to more students." (Hat tip to Mike Kirst over at the College Puzzle blog.) The New York Times' David Brooks has a more supportive take on it here.
