Selling Lesson Plans Online: A New Side Business for Teachers (Video)

Many teachers around the country are selling lesson plans online to earn extra money. But some worry that seeing education as a business—where teachers can "profit"—will lead to fewer free resources and less professional collaboration. 

In this PBS Newshour segment, Education Week correspondent Kavitha Cardoza spoke to educators and teaching experts about the benefits and drawbacks of this increasingly popular practice.
