Former D.C. State Superintendent Briggs on the Move

Kerri L. Briggs, who recently offered a quiet resignation as state superintendent of schools in Washington, D.C. (a position not to be confused with the district’s chancellor) has a new gig. She’ll be working as the new program director of education reform for the George W. Bush Institute.
