Bid to Revive College Admissions Bias Dies

Commission member Gail Heriot from the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights fell short in her bid today to revive the investigation into college admissions bias against women. The official reason: the data received from colleges was apples and oranges.

I’ve asked to interview Heriot for the blog. I’ll get back when I hear more.
