Living Lessons

The George Hall Elementary School in Mobile, Ala. doesn’t waste time with field trips. Instead, the school uses them to bring classroom lessons to life.

learned about Alabama's key role in the civil rights movement.

The Numbers Game

We have short days on Tuesdays and quite frequently I have group work for them to do. This was an activity on classifying real numbers. They were told to illustrate the classification system using the given crafting items. They enjoyed their groups.
