Growth Mindsets for STEM Careers (Video)

Adriane Davis, an 8th grade science teacher at the Dallas Environmental Science Academy in Texas, encourages students to overcome racial and gender stereotypes and explore career pathways in engineering. Students learn to develop growth mindsets as they work on engineering design challenges.
