Chela Delgado, a 12th grade teacher at the Coliseum College Prep Academy in Oakland, Calif., and Matt Colley, a 9th grade history teacher at Oakland Technical High School in Calif., share how they use civic engagement projects to help their students become college, career, and community ready and recognize themselves as agents of change.
