Building School Culture With Community Circles (Video)

In this video, Allison Balter, the principal and coach at ENLACE Academy in Lawrence, Mass., helps create a positive learning environment through community circles. This time allows students from several classes to come together to showcase student work, talk about upcoming activities, and recgonize students and faculty for outstanding work.
