Creating Posters Can Encourage Collaborative Thinking (Video)

Middle school science teacher Sabrina Van-Phanz engages her students in a brainstorming exercise. Her 6th graders work in groups to answer questions about the ecosystem of Central Park in New York City, presenting their answers on poster paper and identifying common themes and hypotheses.
