Before you can tackle stress you need to know what is stressing you out.

  1. Write a list that identifies all the things that are causing you stress.
  2. Divide your list into two columns: things you can control and things you can’t. Then focus on finding solutions for the things you can control.
  3. From your list, pick the ones that will have the biggest impact on your stress levels. What can you do to tackle this issue?
  4. Set yourself a goal and action plan to manage it and write it down using positive language. Post your goal where you can see it in the AM before work and in the PM after work.
