Public Input Is Sought on Inclusion of ELLs in NAEP

My colleague Sean Cavanagh writes over at Curriculum Matters that the governing board of the National Assessment of Educational Progress is inviting the public to comment on its proposals to bring more uniformity to how the test includes English-language learners and special education students.
