Undocumented Students May Get In-State Tuition Rates in Colorado

Colorado lawmakers are considering a bill that would give undocumented students in-state tuition rates at public colleges and universities. The Denver Post reported yesterday that the bill has a chance of passing in both the Democrat-led Senate and Republican-controlled House.

A similar bill failed to pass in the Colorado legislature in 2009.
