Are Vouchers Hurting or Helping Education? (Video)

Indiana has one of the largest voucher programs in the country, with over 34,000 students receiving tax dollars to pay for private schools.  With the Trump administration favoring school choice, debate over these programs is heating up. Supporters argue that school choice helps students, while detractors say it siphons away public school resources. Do vouchers help or hurt education?

Education Week correspondent Lisa Stark reports from Fort Wayne, Ind.
