I’ve taken most of the summer off to complete work on my next book, and have been posting thematic “highlights” of my first year’s posts.

Alas, this “break” has come to an end, and I thought readers would find it useful if I published one post containing links to all the thematic compilations I’ve done over the last two months.

On Thursday, I’ll post a “top ten” list of the most popular posts from this past year. And, then, on Friday, it will be time for the first “question of the week” for the new school year!

Even though I have a stack of plenty of questions, I can always use more!

You can send them to me at lferlazzo@epe.org.When you send it in, let me know if I can use your real name if it’s selected or if you’d prefer remaining anonymous and have a pseudonym in mind.

You can also contact me on Twitter at @Larryferlazzo.

Anyone whose question is selected for this weekly column can choose one free book from a selection of ten published by Jossey-Bass.

Here are the thematic collections I’ve posted this summer:

1. First Year Highlights: Classroom Management Advice

2. First Year Highlights: Student Motivation

3. First Year Highlights: Instructional Strategies

4. First Year Highlights: Parent Engagement in Schools

5. First Year Highlights: Helping Our Students Become Better Readers

6. First Year Highlights: Education Policy Issues

7. First Year Highlights: Assessment

8. First Year Highlights: Technology, Relationships & Getting A Teaching Job

I hope you’ve found this summary useful and, again, keep those questions coming!
